Does anyone know of some good parking lots in Fredericton to practise stunting? Preferably somewhere decently low key haha

There's an old closed down warehouse across from Atlantic Cat over by lincon heights industrial park, its being rennovated inside every now and then but the tractor loading area is big and open and nothing ever goes there, well, thats from when I did my class 1 we used it to practice backing, it should still be unused though. a Grey/Teal building with a fenced in loading area, the gates left open. Worst that can happen is the dude inside doing renovating will come out and shoo you away, with his forklift, but I'm pretty sure he's usually high and doesn't care.
